This Adidas home shirt was worn across the 2003-04 and 2004-05 seasons, featuring Newcastle’s black and white stripes, blue trim and the Northern Rock sponsor across the front. Newcastle finished fifth and reached the UEFA Cup semi-finals in 2003-04, with Alan Shearer scoring 28 goals in all competitions. The following season saw the club reach the FA Cup semi-finals and UEFA Cup quarter-finals, while Shearer scored 19 times, including 11 goals in Europe.
