How long does shipping take
- All parcels will be dispatched within 3 working days of purchase.
- All domestic purchases will be dispatched using Royal Mail's First Class Signed For. Royal Mail aim for next working day delivery.
- For international purchases, all parcels will be sent with International Tracked and Signed for countries that allow this service. In the event that a country does not offer this service, the parcel will be sent International Tracked.
- International purchases can vary in their delivery times, with Royal Mail aiming for 3-5 working days for Europe, and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.
How do I return an item?
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt and shipped within 14 days of approval.
- Returned items must be received back in the same condition that they were sent.
- Refunds can be diminished or refused in the event of returned items not meeting the condition in which they were originally sent.
- Defects with items are highlighted as best as possible. In the event that a return attempt is initiated due to a defect that has already been mentioned, the return will be refused.
- International returns are made at the expense of the customer.
- If there are any issues with your purchase, ensure contact is made prior to the return.
Are these football shirts authentic?
- Everything you see listed on the website is authentic from the original time of release.
- There are two kinds of football shirts: authentic and fake.
- Avoid sellers who use vague terms such as reproduction and remake. These are used to skirt around the fact that they are not authentic products.
- It is illegal to knowingly sell fake items.
- The majority of items listed on the website contain product codes which, when searched, will confirm their authenticity.
- There are other ways to recognise where a football shirt is authentic or fake. Get involved with the football shirt communities on Facebook and X (formerly known as Twitter) who would be happy to help in confirming a shirt's authenticity for you.
