Shipping policy
- All parcels will be dispatched within 3 working days of purchase.
- All domestic purchases will be dispatched using Royal Mail's First Class Signed For.
- Royal Mail aim for next working day delivery.
- For international purchases, all parcels will be sent with International Tracked and Signed for countries that allow this service. In the event that a country does not offer this service, the parcel will be sent International Tracked.
- International purchases can vary in their delivery times, with Royal Mail aiming for 3-5 working days for Europe, and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.
- International customers must be aware that customs information will be accurate on the package and extra customs fees should be expected once the parcel arrives in the country the parcel has been shipped to.
- All purchases will be dispatched to the address listed in the backend of the transaction. The address cannot and will not be amended. If any purchase requires an address to be amended, the purchase will be cancelled, allowing you to make your purchase once again and to send the purchase to the desired address.
- In the event that a parcel does not arrive in the time advised by Royal Mail, a lost item claim will be submitted only at the point when Royal Mail would deem the parcel to be lost. For the UK, a lost parcel is the due date plus 10 working days. For Europe, a lost parcel is the due date plus 20 working days. For the rest of the world, a lost parcel is the due date plus 25 working days.
- A refund will be issued to the customer upon receiving confirmation from Royal Mail that an item is lost and compensation has been received.
