Worn during Maurizio Sarri’s only season in charge, this shirt is associated with Eden Hazard’s final campaign at Chelsea, in which he scored 21 goals in all competitions as the club finished third in the Premier League and won the UEFA Europa League. The shirt features a yellow base with a subtle soundwave pattern on the sleeves, a blue fold-over collar, blue Nike branding and Yokohama Tyres sponsor detailing. Produced using Nike’s Vapor II template, it includes the club crest on the chest and the “Football is the game” graphic inside the neck.
