This white third shirt was worn as Chelsea won the 2016-17 Premier League title under Antonio Conte, finishing the season with 93 points after a run of 13 consecutive league victories. The Adidas design features blue three stripes down the sides, a two-colour Chelsea crest, Yokohama Tyres sponsor and an embossed lion graphic on the left sleeve. Eden Hazard’s number 10 printing features on the reverse, from a season in which he scored 16 league goals and was named in the PFA Team of the Year.
