Celtic introduced this Nike away shirt for the 2009-10 season, bringing back the fluorescent yellow and black hoops of the club's popular 1996-97 'Bumblebee' design. This long-sleeved version features a crew-neck collar, an embroidered Celtic crest and the Carling sponsor across the front. Worn during a campaign in which Celtic finished second behind Rangers in the Scottish Premier League, the shirt was retained as a third kit for 2010-11. Robbie Keane joined Celtic on loan in February 2010, scoring 16 goals in 19 appearances during his short spell at the club.
